For publisher Schoolsupport, I illustrated the informative booklet ‘The Temple’. The booklet is part of the ‘Mini Information’ series and is intended for young children of primary school age.
I created a series of illustrations for an interactive school poster for Schooltv. The poster is about the evolution of animals, humans, and plants.
I created an illustration for 'Het Nederlands dagblad' a Dutch newspaper to accompany an article entitled: Well-meaning and ignorant nature lover. The article was published in the ‘Nature Story’ section.

About me
My name is Annelieke and I create colorful, vivid illustrations for educational and non-profit organizations, for example, to support and enhance texts or information. I live and work in Breda and studied at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, where I studied fine arts and trained as a free artist. I started working as an illustrator in 2004. It's a profession that suits me better because I enjoy working with clients. Things like good cooperation and regular consultation are therefore important to me. I create illustrations for schoolbooks, picture books, puzzles, packaging, manuals, magazines, and newspapers. People in their environment, animals, nature, and current developments are subjects that frequently recur in my work and that clients ask me to illustrate.
