After illustrating many picture books and educational publications, I gradually specialised in making the historical drawings I enjoy creating today.
History already fascinated me as a child; all those exciting stories had really happened...! Later on I realised that these stories still influence the world today - and that history isn't only about interesting facts and stories, but that it also helps us reflect on the present time and understand it better.
