Irene Goede is sinds 1992 werkzaam als zelfstandig illustrator. Zij maakt sfeervolle illustraties voor prentenboeken en leesboeken, en tekent voor informatieve uitgaven op het gebied van o.a. natuur en geschiedenis. Ook maakt zij redactioneel werk. 

Irene Goede works as an illustrator since 1992. She makes illustrations for picture books and reading books for children, and informative illustrations about her favorite subject nature and history. She also makes editorial work.
